Aztek airbrushes are motorized air-propelled paint sprayers popular among hobbyists, craftsmen, and art students. Aztek designs the airbrushes to be as simple as possible, with no removable parts that need exchanging and no cleaning required for color changes. The simple single-action trigger control requires no lengthy learning curve. The Aztek airbrush can be used on models and paintings, and can even be used to decorate cakes. Unlike with other most other airbrushes, you can adjust how the Aztek airbrush sprays by replacing the nozzle. Usually, you need to remove and replace the needle, which is much more time-consuming. With the Aztek airbrush, you just snap the nozzle on and off. In addition, the nozzles are interchangeable between all different Aztek models. The nozzles have an additional advantage, in that they are much easier to clean than the paint-carrying parts of other airbrushes. In the Aztek airbrush, paint is carried directly from the cup source through the nozzle. Since the airbrush body never comes into contact with the paint, it rarely needs cleaning, making the job much easier. Aztek airbrushes come in a number of sizes and models for different applications. The Aztek A220 is built for large coverage, such as with model car bodies. The Aztek A270 is for finer detail work. Some Aztek airbrushes have dual-action triggers that control the flow of air and paint at the same time, giving greater control over flow and painting coverage. Many Aztek airbrushes are sold in sets, complete with wooden case, hose, several nozzles, color cups and bottles, an adapter, and a manual. |
