Kyocera, recently launched the Kyocera K822 CDMA mobile phone. The Kyocera K822 is a mid range phone dedicated to music lovers with a built-in MP3 player.

The Kyocera K822 is a clamshell design handset with a combination of style, design and multimedia technology. The K822 measures 90 x 46 x 24.5 mm and weighs 112g, packed with the latest multimedia functions. It includes an internal TFT display (262k colors,176 x 220) measuring 1.9 inches, and (4096 colors, 96 x 96) external display, which supports photo caller ID. With an integrated MP3 player, stereo FM, and 30 MB of internal memory, one can save and download MP3's from the Internet. The Kyocera K822 also supports WMA, AAC, and Windows Media DRM audio formats. Adding to its already impressive features, is a built-in 1.03 mega pixel camera with an integrated flash, and 5x zoom capability, for every moment you cherish, capture it. The clamshell K822 phone has a microSD memory card slot that can advance up to 512 MB, the user can download and store images, music, ringtones and a lot of other stuff. Downloading is no hassle with the Kyocera K822, one can download with the help of either BREW 3.14 or JAVA MIDP 2.0.

The Kyocera K822 is a tri-band CDMA phone, equipped with dedicated music keys on the external flap of the phone. One can listen to music either through the headsets provided or built in speakers. Other features incorporated in the phone include, Bluetooth 1.2 (with A2DP stereo headset support), and an infrared port. The Kyocera K822's battery supports about 4 hours of continuous talk time.
