Binoculars

Binoculars are two identical pieces of telescopes that are mounted side-by-side to present the viewer with a three-dimensional image. These also come with zoom facility with which one can vary the magnification of the object seen. The most common ones to be used for general purpose come with a magnification of 7 x 35 or 8 x 40, which are very easy to handle. Any thing over 10x - 12x will be unstable to use without the use of a tripod.
