The HTP4500DVR has Dolby Digital 5.1/ Dolby Pro Logic II and DTS Surround, with a 5 channel stereo, game mode, super bass mode and quiet mode. The system has three digital audio inputs. It can easily record TV shows and programs onto a DVD disc. It comes with a built-in timer which starts recording the DVD as per the time set. It has front/centre/surround/sub-woofer outputs. The speakers are in the shape of a tower, long and slender which makes it easy to place them at virtually any location in the room.
