The extreme juiciness and tenderness of Kobe beef makes it the ideal steak meat. Unfortunately, the meticulous Kobe beef process is often reflected in its price tag however, if you search around, you can generally find some very reasonable prices on Kobe beef. You don't have to buy the pricey Japanese Kobe beef to get a flavorful steak. There are many cuts of beef out there that are lean and provide a tasty meal. You can pick up a ribeye steak, some flank steak or a T-bone to get the flavorful taste of beef. Often, steak just needs a little salt and pepper before throwing it on the grill. Another tasty treat is beef jerky. Beef jerky is not only high in protein, but it tastes great as well. Since beef jerky lasts for a long time, it's something you can buy in bulk so you'll always have some on hand.
