Brioni is a fashion clothing company, which designs suits, and wardrobe for elegant men. Their cliental mainly consists of the elite class, and celebrities such as Jim Belushi, Al Pacino, Luciano Pavarotti, and Donald Trump. The stars of yesteryears such as Anthony Quinn, John Wayne, Clark Gable, Rock Hudson, and Henry Fonda bought their suits regularly. Pierce Brosnan has also worn their outfits in several James Bond movies. European aristocrats, wealthy sultans, and American business tycoons have also been captivated by this luxurious brand of clothing.

Established in 1945, by fashion designer Gaetano Savini, and, expert tailor Nazareno Fonticoli, Brioni had its humble beginnings as a first suit shop, in Rome. They decided on giving the 'Brioni' name after a Mediterranean resort. In 1952, their first fashion show was held in Florence, and this exposed their clothing to international clients. Their trademark Italian style marked a change in dressing style for men around the world. A couple of years later, Brioni staged fashion show in New York, and several other American cities. They set up many shops in Europe and North America, including one in Manhattan. A new factory was set up in Abruzzo, Italy, where tailors manually sew trousers, and jackets, with the machines providing the finishing touches.

Today Brioni has diversified and started a leather fashion house, a production facility for shirt, and a line of women's wear. Their clothing is available in different sizes, shapes, styles, fabrics, and colors. However, Brioni still focuses on the wealthy clientele and rich celebrities, designing uniquely styled suits, shirts, ties, and leather products for this elite section of society.
