Eclipse is a consumer electronics division of the formidable Japanese company, Fujitsu, pioneering in the development and manufacture of semiconductors, computers, telecommunications, and services. Eclipse, a brand of Fujitsu Ten, is one the leading manufacturers of in-car audio, video entertainment and navigation systems. The range of products available from Eclipse include Audio CD cum FM-radio players, advanced Audio CD cum MP3 players, DVD video entertainment systems, GPS tracking and navigation devices, Satellite radio receivers, power amplitude amplifiers, speakers, etc. The Eclipse CD5435 CD receiver is one of the products featuring in the Eclipse car audio range. This unit has a 5-Patern Illumination display screen with vivid illumination and graphics display. It supports Audio CD, MP3/WMA CD; in addition, the receiver also supports reading data from CD-R/RW discs. The CD5435 is compatible with the HD-Radio format and can tune into SIRIUS Satellite radio service. The incorporated ESN theft-deterrent measure allows the user to use a designated CD or Memory Stick to control the system activation. The selected media acts as the key to the receiver and does not activate the receiver without the key. The Eclipse CD5435 makes uses the 4-channel MOSFET amplifier and can produce 16 Watts RMS / 50 Watts PMPO of sound per channel. The equalizer is based on a 3-band Parametric EQ module. The E-iSERV connectivity option allows for connecting to the Internet and downloading online content.
