Kristanna Loken

Born on October 8, 1979, Kristanna Sommer Loken is of Norwegian origin. She is best known for her role of an android, T-X, in 'Terminator 3: Rise of the Machines' (2003), that co-starred Arnold Schwarzenegger. Loken is the daughter of writer Chris (Merlin) Loken and former Wilhelmia model Rande Porath. She was born and brought up at her parent's fruit farm, 'LoveApple Farm', in New York. Inspired by her mother, Kristanna Loken began her modeling career at the age of 15. She placed third in the Elite Look of the Year contest in Spain. This led to some modeling assignments as an Elite supermodel. At around the same time she made numerous television appearances in shows such as 'Star Trek: Voyager', 'Philly', 'Unhappily Ever After', 'Pensacola: Wings of Gold', 'Mortal Kombat: Conquest' and 'Boy Meets World'. Loken got her first movie break in the 2001 'Panic'. But she truly secured a spot in Hollywood with the release of the 2003 'Terminator 3' in which she fulfilled the role of the new breed of terminators called T-X. In 2004, she did a German television movie 'Die Nibelungen' also known as 'Sword of Xanten'. Loken has three movies lined up for 2006: the film version of the popular video game 'BloodRayne, In the Name of the King', which is again a film version of the video game Dungeon Siege and Lime Salted Love.
