The IBM 300GL was one of the newer innovation in the IBM range of computers. Over the years, it has evolved with the latest Desktop offering an Intel Pentium III processor with a speed of 733 MHz. The system is equipped with 128 MB RAM and can be upgraded to a maximum of up to 1 GB. The system is bundled with a 30 GB internal hard drive capable of storing large amount of data. The hard drive features the S.M.A.R.T. technology that informs the user of the possible drive failures before they occur, allowing one to make backups of important data. The mother board has a 4x AGP video output interface that allows the user to add an AGP graphics card for enhanced graphics performance.
