Finding your favorite collectible doll can be difficult. So many of them have been tattered and torn, or they simply found their way to a landfill a long time ago. For a lot of people, buying doll merchandise in large quantities can be the answer. Sometimes, by purchasing a lot, you can get a great deal on an item that the seller doesn't realize is so valuable. For example, you have your cherished Shirley Temple in hand, but on closer inspection, you find that one of the original Kewpie dolls was included in the lot. She's in mint condition, in the box, and looks outstanding. This is when getting all of the extras along with your intended item can be extremely advantageous. In many cases, you may have no choice but to purchase an entire box of toys (or perhaps dolls in particular) if you only want one item. People who are simply looking to get rid of a lot of stuff in one fell swoop may be willing to let go of a lot at what might seem like a ridiculously low price. Collectible dolls that are grouped in lots normally won't be sold as a pair or grouped otherwise. Or, you may find accessories that are bundled with a doll that didn't originally come in the package. Some of these items may be of no use to you, but others could be exactly what you've been searching for. Who knows? You may just find another item you'd like to collect! |
