A streamlined online system allows parents to log on and create a doll that looks strikingly similar to their child. The process is really quite simple, and involves choosing the outfit, doll's name, skin color, hair color, eye color, and hair length. To ensure that it's as close as possible to your child's appearance, they do request one or more pictures of him or her. You also have the option of having the doll artisan hand-paint unique features on the doll, such as freckles, birthmarks, and moles at no extra charge. Though your options are limited when it comes to the "starter" outfit that the doll will wear, My Twinn offers many options after the initial sale. You can choose whether or not you want the outfit to be for the doll only, or if you would like child version also (only available on some outfits). As with any large-scale doll line, they offer accessories that complement the dolls. The options are generally to go with either a traditional or completely modern look. After a lot of use, the My Twinn doll might need a little sprucing up. You can send the doll in to the hospital for a "makeover" of sorts or any repair work that needs to be done. The doll has to have an admission form and be unclothed and wrapped in white tissue paper for admittance.
