| Allison Mack is an American actress known for her lead role in WB’s series “Smallville”, created by Alfred Gough and Miles Millar. The show is about the explorations and activities of young Clark Kent before he becomes Superman. Allison was Clark’s friend in the series that debuted in 2001.
Allison Mack was born in Preez, Germany, to opera singer Jonathan Mack and Mindy on July 29, 1982. Besides some print work, Allison started doing commercials at the age of four and has starred in “German Chocolate”, a TV commercial. She honed her acting skills at the Young Actors Space institute. Allison has also acted for many films such as “A Private Matter”, “Living a Lie”, “The Care and Handling of Roses”, “Unlikely Angel”, “Camp Nowhere” and “My Horrible Year”. She also starred for a Disney video called “Honey, We Shrunk Ourselves”. She is a talented dancer and singer and enjoys reading, watching movies and listening to music. Allison is also known for her role as a sweet teenager in the Fox series, “The Apposite Sex”, and the ABC series, “Hiller and Diller”. WB series’ “7th Heaven” was Allison’s first TV commercial. In the mini-series, “The Nightmare Room”, she acted alongside Sam Jones III. Allison Mack has been leaving in California for a long time. She also works for the welfare of less fortunate kids in the Southern California area, through the charity organization called Kids with a Cause.
The Warner Bros. CGI movie, “The Ant Bully” will feature Allison Mack’s voice. The movie is scheduled for release in the summer of 2006. |
