The Honda CB360 G was released in the year 1975, and is a sport touring bike. It is the successor of the 350 and is in the league of middle weight bikes.
The Honda CB360 G is powered to life by a four stroke twin engine. The four stroke engine has an advantage over a two stroke engine as it provides a broader torque curve making the bike easier to maneuver and versatile in performance. The engine has a displacement of 357 cc and is air cooled and completely oil tight. It is equipped with an additional speed in the gearbox making it six in all. The gearbox is smooth and easy to use. It has a chain transmission. The motor of the bike spins into motion by a 0.45kw electric starter. CB 360 has a compression ratio of 9.3 to 1. The carburetor of the bike is a Kinhin constant vacuum. Fuel tank has a capacity of 2.91 gallons with an OHC fuel control. The bike has a sturdy body and its motor churns 34 hp at 9000 rpm.
The torque of the bike is observed to reach a maximum of 2.9 kg at 8,000 rpm. The bike accelerates to a top speed of 102.5 miles per hour. The braking system comprises of a single disc brake up front and an expanding brake in the rear. The brakes in the front used are contrary to the drum brakes on the 350.
