Honda Sportrax 400 EX is a quad bike that can run on all terrains, hence it is called All Terrain Vehicle (ATV). It is a four-wheel bike and is used for racing or just cruising.

Various parts of the 400 EX are available in the market. Additional modification parts may be added to enhance the performance of the bike and accustom it to racing. The Chassis stock frame is available and is so designed as to reduce chassis flex. All the available LSR chassis come with the Certificate of Origin and other hardware. DG Alloy Nerf Bars can be fitted onto the 400 EX. These bars are made of lightweight 6061 aluminum tubing and high strength 4-gauge steel mounting brackets. 1 ¼' alloy tubes are welded at the joints as a heli-arc. To increase safety, high tensile strength webbing is used. The Nerfs are available in red, blue, or even black colors. A DG Xccelerator Stage 3 Full Exhaust can be added onto the quad. It features a tuned headpipe combined with a true reverse cone megaphone. This enhances the horsepower and torque of the bike. The FMF Megamax II Muffler helps tune the power output and noise level by using the tuneable disc system or go totally unheard using the quiet core insert. The FMF Powercore 4 supplies outstanding power and uninterrupted exhaust flow.

Renthal handlebars may be used which are made from aluminum alloy. They are engineered to reduce fatigue and feature a dual anodized finish. The special edition bars are silver and end in colors such as gold, carbon, blue, or red. Handlebars are also available from other companies such as Moose, Tag, etc. A rear wheel bearing kit is available from Moose and a bearing carier cast from Lonestar.
