Ford Motor Company is an American automobile company popularly known as 'Ford' or 'Ford's'. The Ford Falcon Sprint is a name given to one of the series manufactured by the Ford Motor Company. This series of convertibles was introduced in 1960's.
Ford started making compact cars in 1960. In the year 1963, Ford added few changes in the body style and the engine was upgraded to V8. The 1964 version of the Falcon Sprint has attractive styling and increased horsepower. There were constructional changes in the body and frame of the 1964 version of the Sprint. It has 109.5 inches of wheelbase, an independent front suspension with coil spring, upper/lower A- arms, and a live rear axle, which was supported by semielliptical leaf spring. A 144 cubic inch six valve engine, which produced 164bhp @ 4400 rpm, was fitted in the convertible. The car is installed with a three-speed manual transmission.

The Falcon Sprint has bucket seats which are vinyl upholstered and the vehicle also has a central storage console. The Falcon Sprint 1964 is endowed by a sports car style steering wheel with a wood grained plastic rim. The Sprint features rocker panels, which are made from heavier'gauge steel. The vehicle has an extended front side rail and underbody torque boxes. These traits add to the chassis rigidity. A Sprint driven by an expert can deliver 0 to 60 mph in less than 11 seconds.
