Yamaha Motor Company Limited is a Japanese motorcycle manufacturer, which was initially a subsidiary of Yamaha Corporation, the world's largest piano manufacturer. The company gained notable credibility in the market of motorized vehicles since July 1, 1955. Currently, the company is the second largest manufacturer of motorcycles in the world. Other motorized vehicles manufactured by Yamaha are the all-terrain vehicles, boats, snowmobiles, outboard motors, and personal watercraft. The personal watercrafts or jet-skis are also called as wave runners. Yamaha has launched many models of wave runners in various segments such as sports, cruiser and superjet.
