U2 is the little rock band from Dublin, Ireland that's been rocking audiences and putting out platinum albums for the last 20 years. U2 has grown into more than rock and roll band. Behind front man Bono the group has undertaken a crusade to make the world a better place. They've managed to cross over from being rock icons to social and political activists with a strong voice for change. This year, U2 hit the road on the Vertigo Tour. The tour has taken them all across Europe and North America. The tour kicked off in the United States, then headed to Europe for 30 shows across the continent. Now the band is back in North America for the third leg of the Vertigo Tour. The tour will continue through December where it will wind up at the Rose Garden in Portland, Oregon. The Vertigo Tour does not feature a single supporting act. Instead, there is a wide variety of support bands playing at various arenas throughout the tour. Supporting acts for the Vertigo tour include Dashboard Confessional, Damian Marley, and Kanye West. All shows in North America all already sold out. But, if you want to go to a sold out show, there are ways of getting tickets. Your best bet to get tickets to a sold out show in your area is to find ticket sellers online with extra tickets to sell. Their posts will either set a specific price or they will accept bids. This is generally the most convenient and affordable way to get tickets to sold out concerts. See More U2 Tickets at Stubhub! |
