'Kim Possible' is an original animated television series by Disney Channel depicting the life of an average teenage girl who doubles as a crime fighter. Her everyday chores comprise attending school, completing her homework, updating her wardrobe '” and battling villains. Kimberly Ann Possible attends Middleton High School and is her school's cheerleading captain. Ron Stoppable, her clumsy and goofy best friend, is her adversary while fighting crime. Her naked mole pet, Rufus, is her top-secret weapon. Kim inherits her intelligence from her parents, her Mom being a brain surgeon and dad, a rocket scientist. She is equipped with the latest gadgets and information thanks to her super-brained friend Wade. She has her hands full because of her twin brothers Jim and Tim, who are always up to something. Kim has combated many different foes including DNAmy, Drakken, Adrena Lynn etc. Her foes have different evil tools. For instance, DNAmy has a Genetic Zipper DNA fusion machine with which she creates mutants, while Drakken has monster drills and robot claws. Kim's job takes her to various parts of the world, crisscrossing the entire globe. The series premiered in June 2002 and 'Crush' was the first episode to go on air. The character Kim has been voiced by Christy Carlson Romano. The title song,'Call Me, Beep Me' has been sung by Christina Milian. The action sequences, smooth animation, comedic atmosphere and smart dialogues have made it quite a popular TV show on Disney Channel. The series has won an Emmy for animation and is currently into its fourth season.
